On this website

This website (heypifo.org) collects only what you type into it:

• Join Inner Circle: your name and email, so we can take your payment and give you access.
• Shots notify: your email, so we can tell you when Shots opens.
• Ask a human and Contact us: your email and your message, so a person can reply.
• Try Shots reflections stay in your own browser. We do not receive them.

Ask AI questions are not saved. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, from your Google account when you sign in. We do not get your Google password, contacts or any other Google data.
• What you do in the portal: your habits, your daily check-ins and notes, your plan and pillars, your lesson progress, the questions you send for the Saturday AMA, and the messages you send us through Support.
• Payment records: the email you paid with, the amount, the date and the payment id. Your card or bank details go to Instamojo. We never see or store them.
• Technical details when something breaks, such as the page and the browser type. We use these only to fix problems. They do not include your habits or notes.

Why we use it

To let you sign in, to give you access for the year you paid for, to show your own habits and plan back to you, and to keep the portal working. We do not sell your information. We do not show ads. We do not use your habits or notes for anything else.

Who can see your habits and notes

You can. Other members cannot. The people who run the portal can reach the database only to run, fix and support the service.

Who helps us run the portal

• Supabase stores the data and handles sign in.
• Vercel hosts the portal.
• Instamojo takes payments.
• Sentry tells us when something breaks.
• Google lets you sign in with your Google account.
• Resend delivers your support messages to us by email.

They process information for us to provide these services. We share nothing else.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a member. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires us to keep accounts.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. When you ask us to delete your habits, notes, plan and progress, we do. Write to karthi@pifoundation.in from the email you signed up with. We will reply within a reasonable time. The same address is where to send any complaint about how we handle your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is big, we will tell members in the portal.
